The International Olympic Committee have diplomatically refused to comment after United States president Donald Trump branded Hunter Hess “a real loser” following comments made by the freestyle skier.

Hess said during a press conference last week that “just because I’m wearing the flag doesn’t mean I represent everything that’s going on in the US.”
